Cough No Mas!
Thank you for your interest in the Asthma Allies’ 2010 Camp
Cough No Mas! We are committed to providing New Mexican children with asthma a
fun, exciting and high quality summer camp experience for the second year in a
row.
Camp Cough No Mas is designed for New Mexican children with
asthma ages 5-13 who want to go to a week-long summer day camp. Campers engage
in a variety of creative and recreational summer camp activities organized and
led by an experienced camp staff. Campers are encouraged to explore and develop
skills and interests in a safe and supportive environment.
This year, through a partnership with the YMCA of Central
New Mexico, Asthma Allies will host Camp Cough No Mas Day Camp in Albuquerque.
Our goal is to allow 60 children with asthma to participate in an
Olympic-themed activity camp while learning about asthma and increasing their
asthma self-management skills. The camp will be
held June 21-25.
